 EDMONTON -- A man accused of killing his sister-in-law has been ordered to undergo a second psychiatric assessment.
Ken Butler is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Stephanie Butler last April.
Butler is also charged in the savage beating of a cab driver the same day.
His first psychiatric assessment came back this week but it was inconclusive.
Butler's family says he has a history of violent, erratic behaviour, mental health issues and drug addiction. End

EDMONTON - Saying that the results of a psychiatric assessment have been inconclusive, an Edmonton man charged with killing his sister-in-law has been ordered to undergo another battery of tests. Ken Butler is charged with second-degree murder in the slaying of 25-year-old Stephanie Butler, whose body was found in her home April 7th. He's also charged in the beating of a cab driver the same day. End
